How we started
Nutritionwisehub was born from Kristýna Novotná's personal passion. Over the years, she saw how many people struggled with the wrong approach to food — either through unrealistic diets or lack of practical information. She decided to create a space where people could get honest and useful advice, support each other, and gradually change their habits in a way that is sustainable long-term.
Over time, a team of people who share the same values gathered around her — Martina, Jana and others — and together we are building a community that stands against advertising for quick-fix approaches and empty promises. Our focus remains clear: to support you in making your wellbeing a priority, but without unnecessary complexity or shame.
Today we work with people who want to change their habits long-term and healthily, and we celebrate their success stories, which are not based on a number on the scale, but on how they feel, how they have more energy and how their wellbeing has truly improved.
